Our fabricated steel products are designed and manufactured in our UK fabrication facility.

All of our fabricated steel products are designed in house by our technical design team who use both 2D and 3D modelling to simulate products prior to manufacture, which allows for FEA (Finite Element Analysis) testing if needed.

Our fabricated steel products are hot dipped in galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 as standard after manufacture. This process involves immersing the product in molten zinc compound. Hot Dip galvanising has been in use for over 150 years and embodies a range of qualities including:

  • Reliability

  • Complete Coverage

  • Long Life

  • Coating Toughness

We are able to manufacture from a variety of materials including:

  • Mild Steel (Galvanised after manufacture)

  • Stainless Steel Grade 304

  • Stainless Steel Grade 316
